Paul Walsh, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, joined Allegro in 2014, bringing extensive semiconductor industry knowledge and broad experience in accounting, finance and management for both public and private companies.

Prior to joining Allegro, Paul served as the Chief Financial Officer for Rocket Software, Chief Financial Officer for Silicon Labs (NASDAQ: SLAB), and held various finance and operations positions at Perkin Elmer, Teradyne, and Analog Devices.

Paul holds a BSME from the University of Maine, an MBA from Boston University and a Graduate Certificate in Accountancy from Bentley College.
