We believe that employees to actively participate in community activities is very important.Allegro voluntary investment of time and effort to guide the STEM/robot team, for the community vegetable garden food bank, provide coaching and to make a living skill instruction, assist to adopt the local animal shelter, and for working and living in the community to help other people in need of help.

In order to encourage employees to volunteer work, our "Dollars for Doers" plan for employees outside of work time, donations to the eligible nonprofit organizations as a supplement.
