Description

A1150、A1152、A1153、A1155、A1156、A1157 和 A1158 由一系列两线单极霍尔效应开关组成，为提高磁性开关点的精度，它们已经过工厂预校。这些器件采用 Allegro™ 先进的 BiCMOS 晶片制造工艺制成，此工艺应用了取得专利的高频 4 相稳定斩波技术。此技术可实现相对于所有操作温度的磁稳定性，消除单霍尔元件装置的固有偏移，适用于恶劣的应用环境。

A115x系列能满足许多汽车应用的需求。这些应用包括感应座椅调节导轨位置、安全带搭扣存在、引擎盖/后备箱锁闭和换挡选择器的位置。

与传统的开路集电极开关相比，两线单极开关在工作时少用一根线，所以它们非常适合对成本敏感的应用。而且，系统设计师能始终获得诊断信息，因为输出电流必须始终在两个狭窄范围内。任何不在这两个范围内的电流水平则表明出现故障。

所有产品均以三种封装类型提供。LH 是用于表面贴装的 SOT-23W 小型超薄封装。UA 是用于通孔安装的 3 引脚超微型单列直插式封装 (SIP)UB 是用于通孔安装的 2 引脚超微型单列直插式封装 (SIP)。所有三种封装均为无铅 (Pb) 封装，并采用 100% 雾锡镀层引脚框。
